A written service agreement should be standard practice of every DJ booking.
On the letterhead, it should contain the logo &ABN of the company that is registered for business with ASIC. This should be the SAME business that is being advertised.
If it isn’t- Buyer Beware!
If you aren’t issued with an agreement, it is pretty much self explanatory that if something goes wrong (such as your DJ not showing up) your case and accountability towards the DJ for hire or DJ company that you have chosen could be seriously jeopardised.
